West Lothian Liberal Democrats select Caron Lindsay for Livingston South by-election

West Lothian Liberal Democrats are pleased to announce that Caron Lindsay is our candidate to fight the upcoming Livingston South By-Election.

Caron Lindsay has lived in Livingston for 20 years. She is the Scottish Liberal Democrats Spokesperson on housing and social security.

Sally Pattle, Convener of the West Lothian Liberal Democrats, said, ‘We are delighted that Caron has been selected as our candidate for this important election: she is a hugely experienced campaigner and party member of long-standing and we look forward to working alongside her to bring much needed change to West Lothian Council’.

Caron Lindsay said, “I am honoured to be selected at this challenging time. So many are struggling with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. I will fight to protect and expand essential support services for people and will work hard to help with their problems. I can offer the fresh thinking that West Lothian Council needs to help our communities recover.”
